Fixilify is a product created and operated by UNFOLDING THE FUTURE LTDA (CNPJ 62.855.761/0001-82), with registered offices at Rua Avanhandava, 126, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, Brazil ("UNFLD," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Fixilify platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Fixilify is a customer support investigation platform. The Service connects to your GitHub repositories (frontend, backend, mobile, and others) and analyzes them so that your customer support team can investigate problems reported by your end customers. The Service includes a web-based interface where support personnel describe reported issues in plain language and receive an explanation of the underlying cause, a customer-facing summary suitable for responding to the end customer, and technical detail — including repository and file references — for escalation to your engineering team.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Fixilify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
You retain all rights to your repositories, data, and content that you provide through the Service. By connecting your repositories, you grant Fixilify a limited license to access and process your code data solely for the purpose of providing the investigation Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use your repository data to train general-purpose AI models. Repository access is strictly limited to running investigations and resolution plans for your reported issues.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fixilify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Investigation results and resolution plans are provided as recommendations. Fixilify does not guarantee that implementing suggested fixes will resolve all issues or that suggestions are free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any changes before deploying to production environments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fixilify and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:
We may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
